These two positions provided me the drive and motivation to assist school leaders in all aspects of educator evaluation. Antiquated educator evaluation systems are fading away for the better replaced by an instructional growth model designed to assist educators in identified areas of growth. This philosophical shift requires evaluators today to commit to significantly different procedures and processes.
